Focused security advisory

Security Advisory or Remediation Assistance

Resolve one clearly defined security task with expert context and an explicit handoff.

Published package price and scope. Availability, authorization, and final applicable terms are confirmed before work begins; public self-registration is not currently available.

Service overview

A bounded service for a specific decision.

This package reserves up to 120 total staff minutes for one agreed task. The allowance includes preparation, review, the customer working session, and handover—not only meeting time—so the objective must be narrow enough to reach a useful stopping point.

The package works best when the customer can state the question, provide relevant context in advance, identify the decision owner, and distinguish advice from any production change that may require separate authorization.

What this service clarifies

Three questions the work is designed to answer.

The package stays useful by keeping the evidence, output, and decision inside a defined boundary.

  1. 01

What is the safest practical next step for this one security task?

  2. 02

Which assumptions, dependencies, or change risks need to be visible?

  3. 03

What should the customer own after the working session ends?

Delivery framework

Controlled from intake through handoff.

Staff time includes preparation, analysis, customer interaction, and reporting—not only meeting time.

  1. 01

    Define one task

Agree the question, desired outcome, system context, owner, and explicit boundaries.

  2. 02

    Prepare the context

Review the supplied material and identify missing information before the customer session.

  3. 03

    Work the problem

Use the remaining allowance for a focused advisory or remediation working session.

  4. 04

    Hand back ownership

Document conclusions, actions taken if authorized, unresolved items, and next steps.

What you receive

Artifacts that preserve scope, evidence, and next ownership.

Exact output reflects the accepted scope and available evidence. Every package retains the boundaries needed to interpret the result responsibly.

01

Task statement

A concise record of the agreed objective, context, and boundary.

02

Expert working session

Focused analysis and guidance within the total staff-time allowance.

03

Handover notes

Conclusions, decisions, actions, limitations, and remaining ownership.

04

Next-step guidance

Practical options when the task requires more time, testing, or implementation.

Scope record

What is included—and what is not.

Payment alone does not authorize access, testing, or production change. Named scope, consent, access, timing, and any safety conditions are confirmed before activity begins.

INCLUDED
  • Preparation for one agreed task
  • A customer working session within the total time allowance
  • Handover notes and next-step guidance
REQUIRED BEFORE DELIVERY

One agreed task and booking within the accepted service window. Production changes require separate explicit change approval.

NOT INCLUDED

Unlimited fixes, guaranteed resolution, emergency or after-hours coverage, new scans, retests, subscriptions and additional organizations are not included. Additional time needs a new approved order.

Service window: Intake is due within 30 days after payment. The service term runs for 90 days after scope acceptance, subject to the accepted order terms. These are service windows—not guaranteed turnaround times.

Good fit when

The package matches the question and boundary.

  • One security question or remediation task can be stated clearly
  • The team needs an expert second opinion or guided working session
  • Relevant context can be supplied before the session

Choose a tailored scope when

The requirement extends beyond the package.

  • The task is an emergency or requires after-hours response
  • The desired outcome involves many systems or an undefined backlog
  • You need new scanning, testing, subscriptions, or guaranteed resolution

Service questions

Practical answers before you proceed.

01Is the full 120 minutes meeting time?

No. The allowance covers all TechGeeks staff time for the task, including preparation, review, the working session, and handover notes.

02Can TechGeeks make a production change?

Only when the exact change, authorization, access, validation, rollback, and responsibility are separately agreed. Purchasing advisory time alone does not authorize a production change.

03What happens if the task needs more time?

The handover identifies the current conclusion and remaining work. Additional time or a broader engagement requires a new approved order or tailored scope.
