Yes. Managed Infrastructure and co-managed arrangements are designed for shared ownership. The operating model names who owns each system, request, change, incident, and escalation so work does not bounce between providers.
The initial offer does not make a blanket 24×7 promise. Standard staffed hours and scheduled maintenance windows are defined during qualification. Outside-window coverage is offered only when a verified internal or named partner model is available and expressly included.
Yes. TechGeeks supports remote, on-site, and hybrid delivery. On-site service can be included directly in North Texas; other locations may use an agreed TechGeeks or qualified field-support model. Availability, scheduling, site access, travel, dispatch, cabling, installation, and project work are confirmed during scoping and documented in the order form.
The readiness review and onboarding record unsupported systems, critical risks, and unknown conditions. TechGeeks proposes a stabilization plan and identifies accepted exceptions. Recurring responsibility does not silently include unsafe or unknown conditions that the client declines to address.
A defined security baseline and backup-status coordination can be included, but tools, coverage, response ownership, restore testing, retention, and third-party providers must be named. Managed IT is not automatically a 24×7 SOC, MDR, incident-response retainer, penetration test, or recovery guarantee.
